What is Turshid?

Turshid is an online marketplace that connects homes and businesses with trusted energy service providers. You post what you need, compare proposals from providers and manage the whole job, from milestones to reviews, in one place.

Which services can I request?

Solar system installation and EV charger installation are available now. Energy audits, energy analytics, energy consultants and the energy-efficient products store are coming soon.

Where is Turshid available?

Turshid currently serves customers in Oman. Saudi Arabia and the UAE are coming soon.

Is the website available in Arabic?

Yes. Use the language menu at the top of any page to switch between English and Arabic.

How do I request a service?

Create an account, choose the service and fill in the request form with your details and the exact location. Approved service providers are notified and can send you their proposals.

How do I choose a service provider?

Open your request to compare the proposals: the price, the quotation, and the provider’s profile and ratings. You can chat with a provider before you decide, then hire the one you prefer.

How do I pay the service provider?

You pay the provider directly, for example in cash, by bank transfer or by cheque, usually per milestone. Turshid does not collect payments. The provider confirms each payment on the Platform and you can download the invoice. See our Refund Policy.

What are milestones?

Milestones split a job into parts, each with its own amount. The provider adds them after you hire them, you approve each one, and payments follow the approved milestones.

Can I cancel a request?

Yes, at any time before you hire a provider. After hiring, you can cancel the contract until the first milestone is added.

How do I join as a service provider?

Sign up and choose “I am a Service Provider”, then add your commercial licence and certificates. Our team reviews your account, and once it is approved you can bid on requests.

How do I find requests and send a bid?

You are notified by email and in your account when a new request is posted. Open All Service Requests, review the details and use Submit Bid to send your amount and quotation.

How do I get paid?

After you are hired, add milestones for the job. The customer approves them and pays you directly. Use Mark as Paid on each milestone to confirm the payment; the customer is notified and the invoice shows it as paid.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

On the login page, click “Forgot?” next to the password field and follow the link we email you.

Can I sell products on Turshid?

Yes. Register as a seller to prepare your products now. The Energy Efficient Products Store will open soon.
