Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the Turshid website and mobile app (the “Platform”). They apply together with our Terms & Conditions, the Customer Service Terms and the Service Provider Terms. By using the Platform, you agree to them.

1. Using the Platform

You may use the Platform to find, request, offer and manage energy services in the countries Turshid serves. To create an account, you must be able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us at letsconnect@turshid.com.
• Service providers and sellers may be asked for licences and certificates. Their accounts are reviewed before they can bid or sell.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• post false, misleading, offensive or unlawful content, or pretend to be someone else;
• use the Platform for fraud or spam, or to collect other users’ personal information;
• use contact details you receive through Turshid for anything other than the service request they relate to;
• try to get around the Platform’s security, interfere with how it works, or copy it with automated tools without our written permission;
• upload files that contain viruses or other harmful code.

4. Content you share

You are responsible for the requests, proposals, quotations, documents, messages and reviews you post. Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. You allow Turshid to store this content and show it to the people involved in the request, so that the Platform can work. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

5. Turshid’s role

Turshid connects customers with independent service providers. The agreement for a job, including its scope, price, milestones and payment, is made between the customer and the service provider. Turshid is not a party to that agreement and does not carry out the work.

6. Intellectual property

The Turshid name, logo, design and the content of the Platform belong to Turshid or its licensors. You may not copy, change or reuse them without our permission.

7. Links to other websites

The Platform may link to websites run by others. Turshid is not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

9. Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if these Terms are broken or if we need to protect users or the Platform.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Platform after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
